Ciao a tutti, sto programmando un viaggio in Svezia con i miei amici (il percorso è mostrato nell’immagine). Mi chiedevo se qualcuno avesse qualche consiglio per luoghi che vale la pena visitare lungo la strada o persino un po ‘fuori dal percorso (siamo flessibili e felici di regolarlo).
Siamo interessati a tutti i tipi di punti: siti storici, viste panoramiche, punti di riferimento unici o eventuali gemme nascoste che potresti conoscere. Inoltre, conosci qualche città o luoghi in Svezia con una scena della vita notturna: barili, club o solo divertenti attività serali?
Qualsiasi consiglio sarebbe molto apprezzato!

Gränna is a beautiful town along the eastern shore of Lake Vättern. It’s also home to the famous Polkagris.
Take the west coast route, drive through Halland and stop in Halmstad, Falkenberg, Varberg.
The Mjölby potato
Driving the E4 is excellent for taking you places relatively fast. But it is an exceptionally boring way to visit the country if you stay on the freeway. I would plan detours out to the coast or following rivers inland for a while.
There are a billion nice places on your route, but its also covering like 70 percent of populated Sweden, so maybe narrow your question.

You’re probably going to go through Umeå via the E4 which has plenty of nightlife on weekends (lots of university students)
If you go in the summer I would recommend visiting Holmön. It’s a small island society with beautiful country roads, and some nice places to eat. It is best experienced as a pedestrian or cyclist, and the fairy across the water is free!

Have you considered entering the country through the Öresund bridge rather than going with a ferry? I feel as though that would save you the tiniest bit of time and money (and the bridge is a really nice sight).

You really should rethink that route. Drive through all of Sweden but nowhere near the west coast which is really the best coast from Norwegian border down to Gothenburg.
Sundsvall, Stockholm (especially Gamla Stan), Helsingborg.
Take the E45 instead if you want the scenic route. Sometimes very wooded areas but when you get further north it’s really magnificent 👌🏻
It might be a small detour, but you MUST visit Torpa Stenhus, a medieval castle/fort still in almost mint condition.

If you are willing to change the route a bit, you should consider driving through Blekinge and the east coast of Småland. Cities like Kalmar and Karlskrona on the southeastern coast are wonderful during the summer! The area of Österlen in southeastern Skåne is wonderful as well.
You should take the bridge from denmark, no need to use the ferry
If it happens to occur whilst you are near Stockholm try go to any match up between Djurgårdens–AIK–Hammarby. Football derbies with amazing atmospheres, can be a bit tricky to get a ticket sometime but certainly not impossible, and not too badly priced.
Stockholm is a pretty amazing and beautiful city, just wander around the central area, particularly gamla stan and you’ll find heaps of interesting stuff to look at and do on the spur of the moment.
