So he expects for everyone else to pay for them? I mean, i can envision that being done just to be done with, as Slovakia on it’s own is hardly that big of a market to cover the difference. I can easily see though line of others who would like to have difference paid for them too. And finally, i can see those that’d be paying (is there a line of these too though?) setting broader picture up in a way to recuperate the cost, preferably at the expense of those that they’re paying for.

There are rumors that Fico is financially involved in Slovak gas transit company. That would explain a lot of his stubbornness about Russian gas deliveries to Slovakia.
