Sounds almost funny, is europe finally done of being doormat of U.S imperialism?

This is the truth for all European nations, we dropped our guard, kidded ourselves.

It’s just tragic that we are in period of history where this kind of financial burden could be used for so many other things and we have to buy more weapons. But buy we must, without freedom there is nothing.

Macron may well be the worst president France has ever known.
He seized power through manipulation, dismantled public services, and opened the door to authoritarianism.
He has empowered a corrupt elite — expanding their influence, tightening their grip, and pulling the strings from behind closed doors.
If anyone should face the front lines, it’s him — not the youth he now seeks to sacrifice.

Young people of Europe, stay vigilant: this is not a drill !!

Authoritarianism is no longer creeping — it has arrived. And soon, the elites will demand that the people die for wars they never chose

Either that sentence is very weird or it loses a lot in translation.

Lots of people I know could kick my ass, but I don’t fear them because I know they would never try to hurt me unless I did something mean and stupid. Fear implies a willingness to use force unprovoked or to extort.

I gotta say, I agree with him. Freedom, our way of life and our rights are not to be taken for granted.

Coming from a guy who posts cringey boxing pictures but gets slapped around by his wife…

      that’s a very nazi statement…
I always thought that being loved gives more freedom… But that’s very naive hippie like of me 😄

That’s cool but we are already so much in debt in France it will be someone else’s problem

      “War is peace”
Also, at a time when that s*b dismantles public services, it’s quite disgusting to see him spend so much on the military.
Let’s now wait for the next announcement of budget cuts in education or social services

    10. Not that I disagree but where is he going to find the funding?

      Wooo so scary!

Coming from the country that imported the most Russian gas and constantly preaches about Russian threat and European unity, while leaving out the most capable country in Europe, the UK.

It’s not with cash that we’re going to have a strong defense… 🖖🏻

He can make announcements to increase the army’s budget and ask parliamentarians to vote for it, but he has no power. Knowing that the government risks censure precisely when the next budget is examined in the autumn, Macron is “macronne” as always, as the Ukrainians say.

He talks too much and nothing happens…
