Ciao, vengo dall’India e ho ricevuto un’offerta da una società Gibhici Construction Sarl in Lussemburgo. Il contratto non ha una testa di lettera. Ho controllato online e il sito Web è generico. Inoltre, sono entrato in un sito Web in cui i finanziari fino al 2019 sono stati aggiornati. Esiste un sito Web in cui posso vedere le aziende elencate in Lussemburgo che possono convalidare la legalità dell’azienda. Se vedi la mia storia, vedresti che avevo per una falsa offerta dalla Danimarca e un’altra compagnia non così buona dalla Romania. Molte grazie in anticipo per la tua assistenza.

      In Article 7 they write that you have 16 Days off per Year

      It s 26 by the law, depends on the agreement it can be more, but the minimum is 26

      They are pretty on track with financials (latest is 2023 https://gd.lu/rcsl/92m45s), but the rest is suspicious. Starting from the fact that a small construction company is highly unlikely to require business analysts

      But notice that this isn’t in “route de Luxembourg” but “rue de Luxembourg”. It seems weird that they wouldn’t be able to input their own address correctly.

      But well, it’s a construction company so I wouldn’t expect their website to be super advanced or updated.

      If you are asked to pay an amount upfront, it’s very likely to be a scam. Administrative fees for work permit applications are 80€, not thousands
