  1. 1. Red has the right of way, blue has to wait.

    2. You always have to yield to pedestrians using a crosswalk. Same for both scenarios.

    3. Not sure, seems there are some signs.

    Please go to a driving school for refreshing sessions/download the apps for passing the theory exam, all your questions are answered there properly.

    That being said: pedestrian crossing means yielding to ALL pedestrians, unless they clearly signal with their hands that you can go.

    Roundabouts mean waiting till all cars in the roundabout leave it and then going in, if someone is faster than you and gets in before you they have the right of way.
