Maybe this c%nt is too daft to realise it *could* have hit someone

The video shows how close the seat could have hit someone, yet he showed no accountability for his actions.
I hope they make a strong example out of this case – that social media inspired, dangerous lunacy won’t be tolerated.

‘A previous charge of criminal damage that recklessly endangered life was dropped.’
Question here is why? Seems pretty obvious to an ordinary person like me at least to be criminal damage that recklessly endangered life’…

Of course he does not have sufficient cognitive ability to understand the concept of conditional eventualities. Would be doing 15 years minimum for attempted murder, in a just world.

Why does the BBC use the the word boy instead of teenager? At first I thought it was a little boy who doesn’t understand the laws of physics.

Another let down by our authorities dropping a cut and dry reckless endangerment charge that would have got these lads any real punishment instead of a stern talking to.
Those in charge of this country seem to be blind to the reckoning that is coming should they continue to treat it’s populace with such distain.

I am sorry to say but my intuition is that these lads are non-reformable and may see prisons several times in their life span.
