Based on it being a green bag i think it’s for bio waste
It’s probably biowaste. Food, fruit peels, kitchen paper etc.
That kind of green bags are biodegradable. So bio waste.
and the bigger part is just for general waste!
It is for biowaste, as previous comments have stated. The bag says “Bioska” which is a combination of the words “bio” and “roska”, roska meaning trash.
