Armenia and Azerbaijan confirmed their participation in the negotiations in Kazakhstan; the date of their holding will be announced additionally. Official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Aibek Smadiyarov reported this to the media on Tuesday.
