      Can we just remember, regardless of circumstances, that a 15 year old boy has died. He didn’t intend on waking up and not going home. There is a shocking lack of empathy here. If it was your own family member I think the reaction would be very different.

      I keep seeing kids sharing escooters, electric motorbikes, scooters and all sorts without helmets and in 2s or 3s. This is the gamble. Another aspiring rapper gone.

      edit: its an electric or motored vehicle i dont care waht you think is a scooter or a moped calling it a scooter in this day and age is misleading

      The lad was a well known bike thief and posted TikToks showing off all the bike’s he nicked in a montage showing police appeals for info on the bike, then him riding them

      Bravo. This will now be added to the TV show A Thousand and one ways to die. Stupidity is not a right. This is as stupid as the numerous dumb people who died while taking selfies.

      Just goes to show that scooters are the new donkeys and they have less rights

      It’s sad a 15 year old has died and I acknowledge how devastating it must be for the family, but…

      1. Why was he out at 1am as a 15 year old? Were the parents aware? Did they care?

      2. How did they get ahold of a scooter where none of them can legally drive it, stolen? Found? Family members?

      3. Why on earth was there 3 of them on it? That is stupid regardless of age.

      I feel for the family as it’s heartbreaking but a lot of things had to go wrong for this tragedy to happen in the first place, I wish the family well and I hope other parents with kids of similar age and interests take note and actually parent a bit to stop this happening in the future.

      The way this sub has a hard on for kids dying is so weird. Yeah the kids made a mistake, but the jokes about his death is fucking gross
