Still, it is often treated like an outsider. Associated with decay, marginalization. Frequently overlooked, misunderstood, dismissed

But it could easily play a leading role. It has everything to be a top tier city: location, history, character, identity. What is missing is vision, political will, and perhaps a bit of self-belief

Italy is all nice – this country have a soul.
But i prefer south italy 🙂
