It is baffling that Turkey still, half a century later, tries to justify this invasion and military occupation while pretending to be a serious, democratic and law-based country.
Turkey won´t admit to the genocide of Armenians, it would be no different from Germany denying the Holocaust happened, there plenty of reasons why Turkey must be kept out of the EU.

This is the real danger for the Balkan countries. Not Russia, not China but Turkey. They will come back one day and we must be ready to stand for our countries.
PS. Also Russia is a potential ally to the Balkan countries that’s why we must do sure they win the war in Ukraine.
