Rimosso un tappeto e ho visto queste macchie lil sul parquet, non possono rimuoverle. Ho fatto una pulizia bagnata una volta e il mio culo stupido non ho capito per raccogliere il tappeto e lasciarlo asciugare in aria. Penso che le macchie siano apparse dopo. L’appartamento è affittato, dovrei preoccuparmi una volta che mi sono trasferito? È gestito da un Hausverwaltung

Yes, the chance is high you will have to pay for this as it is actual damage and not normal wear, and also quite eye-catching (not a small, barely visible damage).
if it were me, id wait to tell my landlord about this only until I move out. That way the value of the Parquet will have reduced as much as possible because of its Zeitwert.
