I recommend you taking the National Scenic Route on Jæren on the way to Stavanger. It’s a detour via the coast from Flekkefjord all the way to Stavanger area. https://www.nasjonaleturistveger.no/en/routes/jaren/.
You will also pass through two more National Scenic Roads on the way to Odda, those being Ryfylke and Hardanger. On the way to Sogndalsfjøra, you can take a ferry from Kinsarvik, and continue the journey through the Scenic Road from there. https://www.nasjonaleturistveger.no/en/routes/hardanger/
