
Moro! Abbiamo vissuto nel tuo bellissimo paese per 2 anni, ma c’è qualcosa da casa che ci manca molto: salsiccia a terra (potresti dire salsiccia tritata). È circa la stessa coerenza della carne tritata/macinata e può essere formata in polpette. Di solito è salato o aromatizzato in acero. Ci sono anche versioni piccanti. Jimmy Dean è il "Infatti" Sausage a terra venduta negli Stati Uniti, ma ci sono probabilmente migliaia di marchi diversi negli Stati Uniti. Non siamo stati in grado di trovare salsiccia macinata in nessuno dei grandi negozi di Helsinki. Qualcuno sa se esiste in Finlandia, ovunque?

As a side note, Jimmy Dean was an actual person who in addition to starting and running a sausage company, was in one of the James Bond Films. He was a country singer as well…
I would recommend to make your own as nothing like that exists here. When we moved here 15 years ago one of the first things we bought was a meat grinder to make our own “sausage meat” as even back then we couldn’t get any decent sausages. But now the market has hugely improved with that 😊
