Those are pretty local to Rome, aren’t they? Only place outside of Italy, where I found them, was in Berlin once. I regularly go out to eat in Düsseldorf (If you are looking for decent Italian food I recommend Düsseldorf-Gerresheim due to the Italian immigrant history there), but I’ve never seen Maritozzi on a menu.
