yeah fuck going outside today, no way!
This “warning system” is useless, probably pushed due to EU pressure since the EU takes weather issues seriously, and over here we get told “mhemmx x’tagħmel”
They always downplay the uv and temperature on the official news, for some reason, other foreign weather stations almost always predict higher temperatures then tvm states.
The uv has been at a staggering 11 since early june, not due for Wednesday.
We have been getting yellow and red alerts like a christmas tree and this is the first mention of it.
Even this news post says the temperature this week will be 32-40c. The coolest day we have this week according to other sources is going to be 35-36! Not 32.
Always downplaying safety hazards, just like covid, telling us the 2nd wave is in the sea….
Yeah the insane thing is people that could work from home still have to go to their office. At least I save the money on ac I guess
Yet they still allow works to be conducted outside. So I feel like they’re saying “oh just an FYI, it’ll be hot ok? Good luck”
