CIAO. Di solito riempirò la mia carta di autobus per studenti a Narven ogni mese. Ma mi chiedevo se c’è un modo per farlo online? Ho uno sconto per studenti 12 €/mese. Nell’app Rīgas Satiksme il biglietto mensile è di 30 €.

I do not think such option exists. In the past, when there was a different ticket price system, student tickets (about 0.30€ per one ride) could be bought on rigassatiksme.lv webpage. That online ticket store is closed now. You need to use either Narvesen or any other store that sells tge student ticket, or a ticket machine.
Discounted tickets are only available on the personalised cards.
