      I honestly think this is a step in the right direction and that other countries should follow suit.
      What’s happening over there is just horrific.

      Must be shocking when you’re commiting war-crimes during a genocide and face consequences for it when you leave your own country and enter a region with a functioning justice system that doesn’t discriminate out of racist or religious reasons.

      Great decision and it should only continue to rise. They thought they could hide forever but no, if that’s the society you want please go back there.

      So the Belgian police now arrests and DETAINS people based on recommendation of some activist organisation? I wasn’t thinking it’s that bad with justice in Belgium – let’s see where the country will be in the future. Maybe even implement Sharia law?

      So basically the guys were SWATted by a vigilante group, and let go because there was nothing there. In the US that gets innocent people killed. I’m glad the Belgian police handled it as the non-issue it is.

      So, not particularly a big triumph for this group. They managed to do the same thing any falling down drunk bigoted grandpa does when calling the cops on the new brown neighbors.

      Anyone who agrees is supporting treating draftees as war criminals simply for being draftees. There’s tremendous blowback implications if other countries decide to make this policy. Conscription in IDF is optional only for very small protected groups. It’s mandatory for all young people though allowances are made in posting assignments.

      The Hind Gang made an accusation based not on evidence that these men were war criminals. But because they are Israeli. Apparently one wasn’t even a soldier.

      Kudos to Belgium for a measured response.

      As an Israeli is support this (assuming these are people who have been in Gaza as soldiers and have been suspected of war crimes).

      It’s a clear message that Europe isn’t sending enough, tbh.

      This is one instance where I hope trump causes some havoc, if Europe starts fucking with Israelis instead of cracking down on the homegrown terrorist genocide lovers we have on our own soil

      Even if people don’t care about the morality of this, it’s the correct thing to do because you don’t want war criminals among your population.

      Do they also question all the undocumented immigrants to make sure they are not former/current terrorists/criminals before they let them freely move troughout the EU to ensure the safety of all people?

      Btw i aint defending israel before anyone assumes anything. I want peace and safety for all people

      i live in belgium and this just sounds stupid to me, like for one why does our police listen so heavily to activists and 2 going for the soldiers is pointless, like they should go for the israeli government themselves if they care so much
