Remarkable that he got to 76 TBF. Good that they got the goodbye gig done at VP a couple of weeks back.

He wasn’t in great shape at Villa Park but nothing to suggest the end was THIS close. Really was a farewell.

Awww man, I was only at the gig in Birmingham 2 weeks ago… Honestly makes it much more emotional 😢

RIP Ozzy and thanks for the last stand with your fans. It was a good ride!

RIP Ozzy Osbourne. My favorite song of his is No More Tears.

    6. Such sad news, Everyone who followed him through the years knew he wanted to do one last show and I for one am glad he got to do that before passing. I hope the Osbourne family get the respect and privacy they deserve during this difficult time.

    7. I grew up with Black Sabbath, I learned to play their songs on guitar so I have a really soft spot for Ozzy, RIP. I’ll share one of my favourite moments I saw of him and that was him remembering Randy Rhoads, it was heartbreaking but I think if there is a metal god heaven he is up there today with Randy [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-6ejlCB-tkQ](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-6ejlCB-tkQ)

You don’t need to be his fan to be devastated by this. If you love metal, whatever band you like owes everything to this dude.

      R.I.P.

Gonna watch an episode of the Osbornes and listen to crazy train later, in honour. RIP Ozzy

Got into metal in the late 80s from listening to a friend’s dad’s Zeppelin and Sabbath records.

Remeber him BLASTING Paranoid for us….. FUCKING SAVAGE.

Ozzy was an absolute rock n roll LEGEND.

One of those forthcoming passings so often joked about and yet when it happens it’s still an absolute shock, R.I.P King

      SHARON I’M FUCKING DEAD

Rips to a beast. He cancelled his appearance at ozzfest in Naas so tool played longer.

Was only at his farewell gig, what an icon absolute legend, got to go on his terms with a final bow out and raised over 140m for charity, one of a kind

Fuckin absolute legend. Black Sabbath was one of the greatest. RIP.

RIP to a legend. We were blasting Ozzmosis in the car this week …. He lived life to the max!

    16. He was clinging to life to play that gig. There’ll never be a rock and roller like him ever again

What a kick in the gut. Ozzy was eternal, always knew of him and the influence he and black sabbath had on music and the bands and music I enjoyed.

One of the grandfathers of metal.
      RIP legend.

    18. Diagnosed with parkinsons in 2019. I remember watching the show on MTV 20 years ago and thinking this guy definitely parkinsons.

Look I’ll admit, not one to shed a tear (much) but I did get misty eyed. Met the legend years ago at a book signing in Easons and he was just as bat (no pun intended) shit then. Couldn’t attend the gig in Birmingham so sat my arse down last week to watch it online and I can only imagine how people felt at that gig. Between Black Sabbath, watching the Osbournes, listening to their podcast, the man was fucking mental but man did he entertain without realising.

    20. Zionist prick, woman abuser, animal abuser. No sadness from me that he’s gonna be put in the ground. Cunt.
