The cursive is getting you, this reads `HÉR ER FALLEGT` (caps for clarity) which transliterates to `here is beautiful` and is a proper translation `here it is beautiful` if you wanted to keep more of the sentence structure.
Please do not tatto the word `HÉN` on your body.
