Bashkend is Artsvashen, about which we have barely heard anything in the past decades. While this article is sprinkled with the usual Azerbaijani nonsense, it is still interesting to see what has been happening there and what opinions some people might hold there (with a caveat that this is Azerbainan we’re talking about).
