They also made similar games like “galatasarayli döv” or “fenerbahceli döv” they are more popular.
This appears to be a game where you make a character and beat him up in creative ways. The character creation buttons are “Eyes”, “Head”, “Ears”, “Hair”, “Nose”, “Mouth”, “Outfit”, “Eyebrows”, “Beard”, “Accessories” (read left to right, up to down).
In the first screenshot, at the top left it says “Press to start the beatdown.”
In the penultimate screenshot, red text says “Next episode coming very soon.”
In the final screenshot, left side:

Wow such an old gem. Please share if you can. Similar games and animations were all published on grafi2000 back in early 2000s. This guy says really annoying everyday stuff and you beat him as you want!

It was something like “beat your annoying friend virtually”. Character would say something annoying like “Bro the dvd i borrowed from you is scratched, it is not a problem right?” and you beat the shit out of it.
