We’re in a spiral of suffering now. You can’t just stick people in hotels and hope that things work out. If people from war zones and highly conservative societies are to be given shelter, they need to be given intensive integration classes. You can’t expect people from these places to interact healthily with the opposite sex or other belief systems without exposure and guidance. And, frankly, people from conflict zones and failed states should be presumed to be psychologically traumatised, and therefore unstable, untill proven otherwise.
