Have you ever ran out of washer fluid on a long trip in certain weather conditions? It’s absolute hell and really dangerous. Your vision progressively gets worse so you slow down, only for other cars to start passing you and every time it gets worse and worse until you are practically driving blind.
If the airbag fault light is lit, it is always a Hylätty/Underkänt
The airbag does not work (according to the warning light), so the failing the inspection is justified.
The second fault, there it no wiper fluid coming to the windshield, is not something that would cause you to fail the inspection but fixing it is recommended.

Yeah, everything to do with the airbag warning is a serious problem. I once got airbag warning in the OBD codes due to the weight sensor under the passenger seat having a faulty wire (from moving the seat too much or something…)
