Not in carry-on. If she keeps it in her checked luggage it shouldn’t be an issue.

Unless you carry it on your body or it is a murder weapon or stolen artifact out of a museum i see no reasons why it wouldnt be allowed. It poses no more danger then any steak knife.. Just dont try to bring it in hand luggage.

daggers used to be completely forbidden ( no carry, no ownership ). looks like they”re now legal to own, but you’ll need a really decent reason to carry it. realistically, you can transport them when they’re packaged very securely, deep into luggage. bubble wrap it, and package it with tape.
(also, depends if the double edge is actually sharp or not)
