While the tweet with the video was deleted an earlier article by the same author(s) is available https://www.rferl.org/amp/us-proposal-zangezur-corridor-iran-influence-caucasus/33479973.html and is still pushing the idea of a corridor. And doing so blatantly.
This guy is as pro-Armenian as one gets, if only all the ambassadors were like him
