So, “agile combat employment”, if I read this right.
Taking a page from Swedish and Finnish air force doctrine. Mobile supply and maintenance units that allow highways to be used for landing, and quick turnaround times, fast enough that enemy can’t respond. They can’t focus on air fields alone, the jets can come from anywhere, scoot and shoot and disappear.
