Edit. Now I think of it, it might all be perfectly legit, but equally I wouldn’t be surprised if it turned out to be an attempt to extort some subsidies out of council. Local councils and property development are notoriously dodgy.

I love Bristol but this city and the housing market is completely fucked. Feels like it’s going to get worse before it gets better
