Sono confuso da questa campagna. Dovrebbe incoraggiare gli stranieri a rimanere?

La messaggistica è che “non ho mai pensato di rimanere, ma per le buone ragioni di Xyz, l’ho fatto”.
È paragonabile ma sono solo curioso di sapere chi sta guidando questa campagna. Qualcuno si è finalmente realizzato che molti stranieri (altamente qualificati pagamenti fiscali) se ne vanno perché è difficile permettersi una casa, i redditi sono stagnanti ecc., E questo è uno sforzo per invertire questo?

It’s not a bad idea to foster positive ideas and a sense of community in a country with lots of foreigners.
“Is it supposed to encourage foreigners to stay?” -> in case YES, the sounds like a suuuuper desperate move…
I think it’s a great idea. There are a lot of foreigners who end up making Luxembourg their home for the long run. I personally think that helps the diversity of the country and doesn’t make it an expat hub like Singapore where half the population changes every 3 years
Campaigns like this don’t just come out of nowhere. When a state suddenly spends money telling people why they should stay, it’s often because…People have quietly started leaving.
