I think ppl tracked down that apartment and it was in-the-middle-of-nowhere Mellun Kylä and price for that dog house was the same as Kela gold standards.
It’s not ’a tenant’s market’ right now, it hasn’t been in a very long time.
800-900 euro rent for 25-30m2 single room apartments should not be normal, but it is, in Helsinki.
