I’m positively surprised that the title states the cyclist was struck by a car and not that the cyclist “collided” with the car or something similar.
A welcome change.
This country needs even somewhat acceptable bike infrastructure, yesterday.
Hope the poor lad recovers, but the important thing is the cyclists on reddit got to make snarky comments about cars.

Hope the cyclist will be ok. Its not what you want to be happening on any road, in any country.
