Yes, we have AI processing the huge amount of tests and then sending concerning results to humans for checking and verification.
This is the correct way to do things.
The humans then have a much smaller sample set to check.

Given that AI is being used in cancer scans and all sorts of stuff, if a false diabetes referral is the worst thing that’s happened so far in this AI NHS revolution, that’s not bad going so far. I mean, how many false diabetes referrals have there been by humans??
The problem with AI it uses information out there, and in this current state women are still under diagnosed compared to their male counterparts. Using AI without fixing the research it examines is just going to make that gap bigger
