A buddy of mine once rented a 3 bed in central dublin for like 600 euro a month on the basis the last people living there had been murdered. He was like don’t tell the missus.

Although for a murder house its very clean, I did a viewing on a house which was derelict for years the day I did the viewing was the same day the estate agent got the keys. Apart from the expected mold and mildew their was bloodstains on the walls and rotten food still in the fridge.
I couldn’t. If there was a negative energy left behind it would feed off me.
