It’s either mosquito bites, or black flies and they look fresh. Get some aloe vera salve and keep it moisturized

Looks like green circles to me :p
Probably gnats, or possibly “klegg”. There are not many mosquitos on the west coast. It happens, but quite rarely.

The small ones are bugbites, probably gnat. The larger, green, ones looks like they have been added using some sort of editing tool. No way to be sure, but I would ask if the picture had been tampered with.
