loyalty to service providers is just a stupid concept anyway
it always reminds me of the south park “customer service” with the little nipple flaps.
mobile phone companies in switzerland are predatory. there are actually people on reddit saying swisscom has good customer service, that’s why you pay more. lol. until you have an actual problem.
we need better customer protection. but a lot of swiss people have the mentality that it’s your own fault if you don’t read the fine print in detail, not the shitty company’s that is being unethical.
