I am not even sure why would anyone pay attention to Medvedev. He is constantly drunk (and maybe on drugs) out of his mind for the last couple of years, so he plays the role of comically evil equivalent of Zhirinovskty. Poor schmuck got himself stuck in a situation he cat handle and can’t exit. Hope cirrhosis would end his suffering soon.
