Nel primo voto vivimensionale dall’inizio dell’invasione su vasta scala della Russia, 331 legislatori hanno approvato il disegno di legge in due letture consecutive. La legislazione è stata prontamente firmata dal relatore Ruslan Stefanchuk, ma richiede ancora una firma presidenziale prima di entrare in vigore.

How strong Ukrainians are. Literally under the bombs of the Russians, still out to protest and win. We should all learn.
no details on the new bill. i really hope that opposition would voice their concerns, if the bill was shitty. so far Kyiv Independent informed ( [https://kyivindependent.com/parliament-votes-on-bill-restoring-nabu-sapo-independence/](https://kyivindependent.com/parliament-votes-on-bill-restoring-nabu-sapo-independence/) ) only that the bill passed but i guess they’ll do some comparison. they also wrote that a guy from Zelensky’s party left party’s parliamentary group and he said, that they were actually pressured to pass the initial bill, that eroded the sovereignty of the agencies. looks like the guy has some backbone. i really hope they fixed the mess so that EU is calm and UA politicians can focus on the war that’s actually happening and not on Zelensky’s blunders (as much as i like him, this was a huge fuck up). also, i must say how i admire the opposition, they don’t seem to try to capitalize on this mess and it seems that they really trying to maintain the unity in these hard times. this is why i like Poroshenko as well, looks like he and Zelensky have a huge beef, but Poroshenko seems like he has enough decency, at least in this specific case, and try to de escalate between the two of them (plus he supports ZSU a lot afaik). and of course the greatest respect deserve the people who got into streets in the midst of missile and shahid strikes. based af.

I’m so jealous of Ukraines modern take on democracy. We need the corrupt politians removed and the will of the people reinstated here too (Denmark if you’re curious). We don’t even have anti-corruption bodies to begin with!
