Not once so far, and refunds (if forgotten to check out) have always worked and were credited back after 2 days.

Its the most convinient thing SBB did in a long time, but allmost every time they control you, the app eighter was laggy when you got on the train or the app decidet that you dont actually still ride a train and turned itself off.
Energysaving modes on the Phone also make it really sketchy.

I suppose it’s as easy as being fined for buying tickets in the app after boarding the train…

I find it very convenient and it always works for me even when my battery runs out!

Haven’t used it yet but I might be tempted in the future. Does it reduce the price if you activated it in zones you already have a pass for?
Not sure why that is but always when I try to book a ticket from A to C, which goes through B and I have zones for A to B it tries to sell me the ticket from A to C. Is that just an annoying feature or do they do this purposefully to push the Easy ride function?

Easiest way to take public transport. Using this regularly, never had an issue.

Just activate it before boarding the bus/tram/train and you’re good. Also ensure you have enough battery. If you can’t ensure both things then a traditional ticket is better for you.
