Does anyone have insight into why HIV cases are so high in general in former soviet countries? I know it is also a problem in Ukraine, and here in Norway, most of the new HIV cases have come from Ukrainian refugees.
Perhaps contaminated blood reserves being used on wounded soldiers?
Recruitment from prisons will do wonders for increasing HIV rates in soldiers.
If you wanna stay heathly avoid the Russians.
