      I would assume the “L” from “STAATL. EISENBAHN” or the “S” from “STAATS-EISENBAHN” is hidden behind the pole.
      And what exactly is wrong with “Stadtraum”?

      Clarification (if needed):

      Staat = The state

      Statt = instead

      Stadt = A city.
