Ciao ragazzi, quali sono le leggi in Svizzera riguardo all’annullamento di un contratto il giorno successivo alla firma? In realtà proverò a cambiare la promozione in modo che non durerà 24 mesi, ma volevo sapere quali sono i miei diritti. Grazie!

The basic law is the same as it was with the Romans: [*Pacta sunt servanda*](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pacta_sunt_servanda). You only have a cancelation right for few contracts and situation. If you have not been cold called, then you likely have no right in your situation-
