È la parte esterna che copre solo il taglio del muro e si inserisce dietro l’involucro della porta interna, seduto a filo contro di essa. Qualcuno ha qualche collegamento a un esempio di sostituzione per questo?

Türrahmen or Türzarge is probably the words you are looking for.
Is this a place you own or rent? If you rent it, this had to be talked about with the landlord.
It is called a Türzarge when referring to the whole casing but the part of the casing you are looking for is called the Zierbekleidung.

You will however have an exceptionally hard time finding just that part for the door as I’ve never seen it sold as a separate piece. The whole casing is usually sold as a set In different wall thicknesses.
If you are renting however id only do anything after talking to your landlord.
