Sono stato fortunato a visitare il lago Bled la scorsa estate. Mi chiedevo come la tua gente del posto chiami la chiesa nel mezzo del lago. Ho trovato un nome online che ho usato nel video, ma ho pensato che fosse un po ‘lungo ..

We simply call it “church,” although its full name is “Cerkev Marijinega vnebovzetja” or “Church of the Assumption of Mary.” But that’s nothing unusual, all churches are dedicated to different saints or to Mary, etc., yet people rarely refer to them by their full names in everyday conversation.
To the general public it’s basically known as “the (or that) church on Lake Bled”… I mean… it’s a church, it’s on the lake (technically on an island, of course)… Why complicate?
