Sono già stato al mio appuntamento il 24 luglio, ma il mio portale mostra ancora questo stato. Sono confuso se si tratta di un ritardo di sistema o la mia applicazione non viene elaborata. Anche una settimana fa ho ricevuto un’e -mail dopo il mio appuntamento che il mio caso era stato messo in attesa fino a quando non ho inviato alcuni documenti richiesti, prova di residenza e occupazione che ho inviato loro via email lo stesso giorno!

Its probably a good idea that you send them an email or give them a call. I dont think they use Reddit as a form of formal, or any, communication
That, and nobody here can give you a solution to the problem (minus the contact them part)
the system takes time to update. also, don’t you have to physically submit the pending documents, instead of mailing like you have done?
