Weird that the poster seems to make up him being a cab driver and being told to go back to his own country but fails to pick up on the racial slur near the beginning.

How did it suddenly switch to Indian people like that? No refugees, or IPAs anymore? Illegal immigrants ?
Just turn on Indians, who have been casually walking the streets during previous tensions, because they were ignored, and they love and work locally l anyway?
As someone said above… it almost starts to look organised, orchestrated..
And telling them it’s a christian country. Is this loving your neighbour? jesus loving the poor? do unto others etc? There is absolutely fucking nothing about this that’s christian.

What the fuck is going on? Why are Indians being targeted specifically?
It’s important we don’t allow racism grow, as citizens we have that responsibility but we should remember a couple of things, firstly scumbags are scumbags and they hate anyone that isn’t in their immediate circle. Even then, it wouldn’t take much for them to turn on them.
Another thing, government policy and greed creates tension. People aren’t stupid. Housing shortage plus thousands of people that don’t look like them suddenly in the country in a short time span. It’s an easy variable to identify. It’s a pity people become the victims but that’s how it is. Those who make money off the overpriced apartments housing these people can virtue signal about pros of immigration but they don’t suffer the externalities of increased immigration. Yes there are critical skills needed in Ireland but it is clear from my mind that increasing foreign labour is serving to undermine worker rights. It creates a race to the bottom.
We are a pagan country.
There were stickers all over my town going on about that “great replacement” theory bullshit, i rip down any i see. Its on the rise and it needs to be quelled. Also it’s pure blindness culturally to what we’ve encountered historically. Of course not to the same degree, but you have to be a tool to dismiss our past and then treat people like this.
And the gardai don’t bother to investigate these incidents.
The worst part about this is they are making sure these people are isolated before attacking them. It’s a very upsetting thing to see.
I have coworkers who are Indian who’ve been directly affected by these attacks over the last year.
