The Kremlin has its own tankers, and their cargo is insured by Chinese companies.
The sanctions are aimed at preventing anyone in Europe from buying Russian oil and gas.
Given the recent trade deal between the US and the European Union, where the EU has committed to purchasing on hundreds of billions of dollars worth of oil and gas from the United States, this is simply an additional incentive for European companies to buy more American oil and gas.
It’s despicable EU still hasn’t forbidden Russian oil
