Ho mandato loro un’e-mail 2 giorni fa richiedendo un appuntamento, perché letteralmente il registratore del telefono diceva che non c’era nessuno a rispondere. 7 mesi di attesa per vedere un medico sono più che inaccettabili. Perché i medici e il personale non ricevono l’aiuto necessario per espandersi e soddisfare la domanda dell’inevitabile e continua crescita della popolazione?!?!

Did you get a referral by your GP?
Vorsorge means it’s not urgent so I think it’s acceptable to plan these ahead to have time for urgent cases.
I had the dane Problem, i Paid 40€ and had an appointment the next day!
Get a referral from your GP, ask for a code, call 116117 and tell them you need an appointment with that code -> appointment in 2 weeks
You can do the same on Doctolib.de after registrating there
