Ciao, compagni Belgio. Ho notato segnali stradali collegati davvero in basso e, dati la posizione del marciapiede e del passaggio pedonale, è super facile colpire la testa quando si cammina. Quindi due domande: 1) retorico: perché Bruxelles lo permette? 2) dove scrivere per rimuoverlo?

I see no problem here? The sign which is ment to be seen using your eyes is at eye level. Perfect height, you need to take 0 action to see it.
You can hit your head on everything.
