The boomers got out just in time for the rest of us to face this head on

Yet no one is protesting. How much lower before people get to the streets and demand change…

Instead of uniting and fighting together, they easily pit us against each other in the name of immigrants and religion.

How’s this different to any “third-world” nation?

No sh*t, Sherlock. Brown contributed to it by selling half the UK gold reserves at a multi-decade low and supported the Iraq war costing us more money driving up the national debt as a result

Our definition of poverty is much different to poorer countries of the world. Its relative!

Nah, we saw it 17 years ago.  Remind me; what was Gordon Brown doing then?

    7. Who was in charge during the recession that the UK has never really gotten out of (in terms of wages anyway), killing the economy, that has pretty much led to the cost of living crisis we’re now in?

      *checks notes*

      Ah, yes, Gordon Brown.

Maybe you shouldn’t have bailed out the banks, Mr Gormless Brown.

    10. Yet gold prices and stock markets are all hitting record highs. The money’s here it’s just in the wrong hands.

UK hasn’t seen poverty like this since….last time it was outside the EU

      Brexit means Brexit.

It’s not poverty. It’s corporate greed which should be called corruption, or even treason. These corporations have been allowed to “lobby” to politicians and get away with murder.
It’s not just the UK, it’s Americas sprawl into the developed world.
