I’m skeptical at best. Putin/Russia didn’t honor the Minsk agreements or the Budapest Memorandum. Why should they be believed at all? This man caused 1 million casualties of his own people, and killed thousands of Ukrainian civilians and citizens.
They just want a break, regroup their forces, and will do all this evil all over again.
